TRAINING
To attend practices all swimmers should carry the following items:

| 3. Goggles |  |
|
| Swimmers in competitive teams will be asked to bring paddles and fins for all practices. | ||

COMPETITIONS |

| All swimmers participating at competitions should have RAMAC T-shirt. RAMAC swimming cap is optional. Please complete the ORDER FORM to obtain T-shirt, Swimsuit or Swim Cap. | ||
